Core equipment such as high-pressure foaming machine (pentane system), servo motor cutting machine (accuracy ± 0.5mm), and cold bending forming unit can be adapted to various core materials such as polyurethane, rock wool, glass wool, etc.

By using CNC machining centers to achieve component interchangeability, switching product types only takes 2 hours. The polyurethane color steel sandwich panel production line is compatible with the production of roof/wall sandwich panels, with a running speed of 30m/min and energy consumption only 40% of similar products. The rock wool sandwich panel production line can achieve ± 0.2mm thickness control.
