Polyurethane insulation board production machine

The pu insulation panel machine is a complete set of equipment specifically designed for producing polyurethane rigid foam insulation boards. Its core technology lies in precise raw material ratio and foam control.

The polyurethane insulation board production line mainly consists of the following systems:

  • Raw material storage and metering system: including constant temperature storage tanks and high-precision metering pumps for polyols and isocyanates

  • High pressure foaming machine: The working pressure is usually between 100-200 bar, and the mixing head adopts a self-cleaning design

  • Continuous molding production line: composed of double track press, temperature control system, and automatic cutting unit

  • Exhaust gas treatment device: for volatile organic compounds that may be generated during the foaming process

The advanced pendulum method technology can achieve a three-dimensional distribution of fibers, significantly improving the strength of the product. The environmentally friendly equipment also integrates phenolic resin replacement technology and waste gas and heat recovery system.

Process features: The key to phenolic board manufacturing machine lies in precise control of the condensation reaction. The latest technology adopts a second-order curing process, which first pre solidifies at low temperatures (60-80 ℃) and then solidifies at high temperatures (120-150 ℃), resulting in an oxygen index of over 36% for the product. Some high-end equipment has achieved fluorine free foaming technology, using environmentally friendly foaming agents to replace traditional HCFCs.

Based on the characteristics of the terminal product, equipment selection should consider:

  • Building exterior wall insulation: Products produced by polyurethane board machine have the lowest thermal conductivity, making them more suitable for projects with high energy-saving requirements
