The metal insulated sandwich panel production line is a composite panel production system that integrates mechanical, electrical, and automation control. It is mainly used to manufacture building enclosure materials composed of metal panels (such as color steel plates and aluminum plates) and insulation core materials (mineral wool, rock wool, polyurethane, etc.).

Structure

• Open book and pre-processing system
  The metal coil is unfolded by an uncoiler, and undergoes pre-treatment such as leveling, cleaning, and coating with anti-corrosion layer to ensure the surface quality of the panel. Some high-end equipment is equipped with laser thickness gauges for real-time monitoring of sheet thickness.

• Forming and Composite Systems
  Panel forming: The metal plate is pressed into the desired waveform (such as corrugated or tongue and groove) through a multi pass roll forming machine.
  Core material processing: Core material cutting, coating or foaming (polyurethane wire adopts high-pressure injection foaming process).
  Composite process: using hot pressing or cold pressing technology, combined with infrared heating or high-frequency curing, to achieve high-strength bonding between the metal surface and the core material.

• Intelligent control and cutting
  Equipped with PLC or industrial computer control system to achieve stepless speed regulation, length positioning, automatic counting, and fault diagnosis.

• Auxiliary equipment
  Including pneumatic cutting devices, edge trimming machines, stacking robots, etc., forming a closed-loop production process.

Technology

• The metal insulated sandwich panel line supports quick switching of molds and is compatible with the production of wall panels, roof panels, and irregular panels (such as H-shaped and wavy).
  

• The rock wool sandwich panel production line is equipped with a dust recovery system, and the polyurethane sandwich panel production line uses low GWP foaming agent.
