Marine composite rock wool board is a high-performance composite material designed specifically for ship environments. Unlike ordinary building rock wool boards, it has more stringent performance requirements. This type of board adopts a layered composite structure, usually including a metal protective layer (galvanized steel plate or stainless steel plate), a rock wool core material made of molten basalt, and an inner anti-corrosion layer. The product also adds foam aluminum core plate between the rock wool layer and the metal plate, forming a four layer composite structure, so that the plate has both impact resistance and efficient sound insulation functions.

The marine composite rock wool board production line is a highly integrated system, consisting of multiple functional modules working together to complete the entire production process from raw materials to finished products. The melting section is the starting point of the production line, mainly composed of a melting furnace (cupola or gas pool furnace), a four roll centrifuge, and a feeding device. The blast furnace is used to melt raw materials such as basalt, and its special design includes a furnace cooling water circulation system and a hot air system that uses furnace temperature preheating, which can effectively save energy consumption. The gas pool furnace is constructed with refractory materials and melted with natural gas spray guns, resulting in more precise temperature control. As the core equipment, the four roll centrifuge adopts an adjustable split roller design, which can spin and pull molten rock into fine fibers of 4-7 μ m, directly determining the fiber quality and mechanical properties of rock wool.

The board making system is a key link in the production line, which determines the physical characteristics and quality stability of the final product. The system includes equipment such as cotton machine, solidification forging machine, cooling cutting machine, hot air stove, etc. The cotton machine evenly distributes fibers on the conveyor belt to form a preliminary cotton felt structure; The solidification forging machine clamps the cotton felt with upper and lower chain belts, while the hot air furnace provides the required hot air flow for solidification, ensuring that the adhesive is fully cured; The cooling cutting machine performs precise dimensional processing on the cured board, including longitudinal and transverse cutting.

The production line of marine composite rock wool board embodies the technical characteristics of high automation and intelligence. The entire production line adopts a PLC control system to achieve full process automation from raw material input to finished product packaging. Workers only need to monitor various parameters in the central control room, greatly reducing labor intensity. The intelligent production management system can automatically adjust parameters such as production line speed, temperature, and pressure to meet the production needs of different specifications of products.
